All users running Plankton 1.4 are encouraged to upgrade to Plankton 1.4.1. Changes are minimal, restricted to a few small but potent bugs that were uncovered. You can read more in the release notes on the Sourceforge Project Page.
Plankton 1.4 has been released. Version 1.4 is part maintenance release, part feature release. One crucial change is that radio buttons are not only supported, but are easily dealt with via an htmlFormRadioGroup class that behaves like htmlFormSelect. Numerous other enhancements, as well as fixes, can be found in the release notes on the Sourceforge Project Page.
The Plankton reference documentation has (finally!) been updated to reflect the current (CVS HEAD) Plankton. It still stands to get a style/layout overhaul, but first things first. Also, all of the recently-broken links on the documentation page have been fixed.
Plankton 1.3 is here. This release focuses mainly on accessibility, but also includes some important bug fixes and enhancements. Check out the Sourceforge Project Page for release notes and downloads.
As you've probably noticed, things are starting to look a little nicer around here. With all the exciting recent Plankton activity, we thought it was only fitting. What's all the fuss about, you ask? The word of the day is accessibility. Plankton helps you to write web pages that are more accessible to people with disabilities by automatically generating accessible HTML for you, and by installing an accessible page template when you run the project wizard. These enhancements will be available in version 1.3, due late November.
Plankton 1.2 is out. This release focuses mainly on cleaning up PHP warnings and notices from your error log, as well as creating more crawler-friendly pages by avoiding the use of query strings (which you can see in action on this site). Download your copy today!
Plankton 1.1 released on SourceForge under a BSD license. Prior to this event, Plankton was free, but only for non-commercial use. This restriction was lifted so that everybody can enjoy the productivity gains in web development brought about by Plankton.
